A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a business entity of “G” that produces and processes cottons in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

No one shall sell foods using additives which are chemical synthetics not announced to the standards and specifications determined by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or substances containing such chemical synthetics as food additives, or manufacture, process, use, store, transport or display foods for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, from May 17, 201 to August 8, 2016, the Defendant manufactured “H” products from around 17, 2011 to 179,29,298,900 won at the market price of food and beverage sellers, etc. by manufacturing 179,29,90 won (1.5km unit 68,513 unit), instead of food spirits.

In light of the relevant legal provisions of criminal facts and Articles 94(1)1, 6 subparag. 1 and 2 of the Food Sanitation Act, all of which include the following facts: (a) the amount of monthly carbon in an industrial sector, which was used for the reason of sentencing of imprisonment, is less than 540 liters between five years and five years in total; and (b) the amount of national quantity manufactured and sold by adding these substances exceeds 179 million won based on the market price; and (c) the criminal facts are very serious in light of the scale and period of the crime.
