B. Foods or food additives, the standards and specifications of which are determined under Article 7(1) and (2) of the Food Sanitation Act, shall be manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, or preserved in accordance with such standards, and foods or food additives that fail to meet such standards and specifications, shall not be sold or manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, subdivided, transported, preserved, or displayed for sale, notwithstanding that they shall not sell or manufacture, import, process, use, store, subdivide, store, preserve or display for sale, such foods or food additives, but the Defendant uses “Neine” products manufactured as referred to in Article 7(1) and (2) of the Food Sanitation Act
