In order to prevent the police vehicle by placing two arms on the spons of the police vehicle on which the above police officer was aboard the Gu, and "Wookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkn for the police", and upon the above police officer's request to turn off in front of the police vehicle, the police officer committed assault, such as the hand-on of the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties to maintain social public order of police officers.
