Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on May 11:25, 2020, at the Jeju Police Station C police box located in B at Jeju Island, arrested a flagrant offender from E during the process of carrying out the said police box; (b) on the face of the said police officer, she saw the face of the said police officer, she saw the said police officer on his arms.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties to maintain social public order of police officers.
