A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

피고인은 2020. 5. 11. 23:19경 제주시 B에 있는 ‘C’ 주점 앞 노상에서 “남자 2명이 싸운다.”라는 내용의 112신고를 받고 출동한 제주서부경찰서 D지구대 소속 경위 E(50세)이 사건경위를 청취하려고 하자 “경찰관이 오버를 한다. 뚱뚱이 와 봐라. 경찰 이리로 와 봐.”라고 큰소리로 말하며 양손으로 E의 가슴을 힘껏 미는 등 E을 폭행하여 경찰관의 사회공공의 질서를 유지하기 위한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
