Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court on March 12, 2018, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Correctional Institution on October 9, 2018.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving an employee of a cafeteria in his name, was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 32,50 in total, 32,500, namely, a 1stud farm, a call, a 3 illness, and a kimchi farm in his seat.
around 12:15 on April 1, 2019, the Defendant ordered “F” restaurant located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, to pay the amount to employees G, and ordered alcohol and food.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving employees G, was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 14,00 in total, 14,000, namely, a cafeteriaed rice with 1,000 in mar, and a son’s disease.
