A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2016 highest 4091;
A. On September 17, 2016, around 16:00 on September 17, 2016, the Defendant ordered the “E” restaurant of the victim D’s operation in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, to give an order of 1 illness and 1 flick-si, as if the Defendant would normally pay food.
However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay food costs.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received food worth KRW 43,000 in total from the market value at the seat of the victim.
B. On September 20, 2016, around 03:30 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant ordered the “H restaurant” in the “H restaurant” operated by the victim G in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, that he would normally pay the food cost, and that he would be roasting 1 disease and roasting roasing.
However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay food costs.
Nevertheless, the Defendant was provided with food worth KRW 9,000 in total at the market price from the victim, i.e., the victim.

2. Around 03:00 on September 13, 2016, the Defendant entered the “K” operated by the Victim J (Y, those aged 58) of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and ordered one week, two “L”, and one “L” as if the Defendant would normally pay food.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay food costs.
Nevertheless, the Defendant was provided with food equivalent to KRW 83,00 in total from the market value at the seat, i.e., the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
3. On September 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:15, 2016, at the “O” restaurant operated by the Victim N on the first floor in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the food cost, he/she ordered the victim to drink and drink; and (c) he/she received from the victim a total of KRW 22,00,000 in the market price of two persons, namely, forkim bom and small bick 2 disease.
