Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant of assault against the Victim D and the Victim E became the victim D (26 years) and the Si guard in the process of requesting the above E to move of the Obaba in front of the Korean National Bank located in the Seocho-dong, Busan National Bank located in the Seocho-dong, Busan National Bank, and making it impossible to open the steering door due to the Oba in front of the Korean National Bank, and became the victim D (26 years) and the Si guard in the process of requesting the above E to move Oba.
