1. The Defendant shall pay 36,750,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 17, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as indicated in the evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Plaintiff, who is a golder, concluded a contract for the production and supply of 46.75 million won with the Defendant on December 17, 2014, and then supplied the above goods to the Defendant pursuant to the above contract. Since the Plaintiff was paid KRW 10 million out of the price of the goods by the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 17, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date when the original copy of the instant payment order was delivered to the Defendant as sought by the Plaintiff, as requested by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
