1. The Defendant shall pay 42,867,00 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 4, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

From December 25, 2014 to March 31, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with goods, such as 44,103,620 won in total, and electric wires, during the period from March 25, 2014 to March 31, 2015, there is no dispute between the parties. Since the Plaintiff received KRW 1,236,620 out of the price of the above goods from the Defendant before the instant lawsuit was filed, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum 42,867,00 won (=4,103,620 won - 1,236,620 won) and damages for delay calculated from June 4, 2015 to the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
