Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Seoul Western District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On September 24, 2019, around 09:32, the Defendant driven a tourist bus under the influence of alcohol of 0.059% with a blood alcohol concentration of about 1.5 km from the front of the comprehensive playground in Songpa-gu Seoul Pungdong to the front road of the same Gu.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
