A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM5 car.
1. Around 03:20 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.132% at the section of approximately 1.5 km from the 1.5km to the front road of Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which is located in the Gangnam-gu Troro 629, in which the name of the Defendant is unknown.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) were operated by the Defendant at the time of the operation of the said car at the time of the next four-lane of the sports complex located in the 25th Olympic Games in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
At the time, there were nights and places where vehicle traffic is frequent, so there was a duty of care to drive safely along the lane by accurately operating the steering gear and brakes in the driver of the motor vehicle and checking the flow of traffic.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, inflicted an injury on the victim, such as fluoral salt, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks, and inflicted an injury on the victim F (38 years old), who was a passenger on the said taxi, requiring medical treatment for about two weeks, on the part of the victim G (5 years old) who is another passenger.
