Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2015, at around 11:30, the Defendant driven the CCA 1110E motor bicycle without driving a motor bicycle over approximately 4 km section from the front of the sports complex in the Songpa-gu Seoul Stambadong to the front road of the Pamio apartment in the same Olympic 399.
