Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a Dong-si Council member (F: G, H, and I); Defendant B was a public official belonging to the Tong-si and Defendant C was a public official belonging to the Tong-si and Defendant C was a public official belonging to the Tong-si.
1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
(a) A local council member who committed on July 1, 2013 shall not make a contribution to a person in the relevant constituency or a person who has relations with electors even if he/she is outside the relevant constituency;
On July 1, 2013, the Defendant rendered a contribution act by providing seven persons, including N, G vice-head of G Myeon, H Myeon P, H vice-head Q, I R, I general accounts book S, and Dong-si Council Members T (F) with meals of an amount equivalent to KRW 2.90,00,00 and paying the cash meal amount in cash.
(b) A local council member who committed on July 3, 2013 shall not make a contribution to a person in the relevant constituency or a person who has relations with the electorate even if he/she is outside the relevant constituency;
The Defendant had been talked with N on two occasions at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (1), while having talked with N on the G pages, and had a mind to provide money and valuables to reporters of the relevant press organization so that articles unfavorable to the Defendant are not reported in relation to the above case.
Around 13:00 on July 3, 2013, the Defendant provided KRW 200,000 to the U office located on the 357 Tong Young-dong 357 Tong Young-dong 1st floor, the electorate and to the Gyeong Young-dong 1st, which are related with the electorate, and to the Gyeong Young-dong News reporters V.
Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution act to the electorate and a related person.
2. A member of the local council who commits a crime through Defendant A shall not make a contribution to a person in the constituency concerned or a person who has relations with the electorate even if he is outside the constituency concerned; and
Defendant
A is the officer in charge of the Tong-gu Viewing and Viewing Justice to ensure that articles unfavorable to A are not reported in relation to the case of the above G G Assault.
