Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 900,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant
B was a C Council member from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2018, and was a preliminary candidate for C Council member E-election belonging to a D Party in the 7th nationwide local election conducted on June 13, 2018. Defendant A is the spouse of Defendant B.
Defendant
A around February 26, 2018, around February 26, 2018, purchased KRW 250 (including 50 copies of services) in cash from “G” located in Jeonnam F in order to provide the electorates or related persons with regard to the running of the local election of Defendant B, his spouse.
1. A defendant A local council member, a candidate (including a person intending to become a candidate) and his/her spouse shall not make a contribution to a person in the relevant constituency, or an institution, organization, or facility, or a person having relations with the electorate even if it is outside the relevant constituency, or an institution, organization, or facility;
Nevertheless, on March 3, 2018, the Defendant provided 40 copies of GVIP incentives equivalent to KRW 324,00 to J, the standing director of the IF, the executive director of the IF, who is a person in the constituency or having a relation with the electorate, in the office of the IF, and (2) provided 40 copies of GVIP desire tickets equivalent to KRW 324,00 to L, the elector in the constituency or having relations with the electorate in the office of the IF, and (3) provided 40 copies of GVIP desire tickets equivalent to KRW 324,00 to L, the person who is in the constituency or has relations with the electorate in the office of the IF in the south H, and (40 copies of GVIP desire in the election district in the area of the IF, the electorate, the electorate of the IF, and provided 50 copies of GVIP desire tickets in the amount of KRW 405,00.
2. A defendant B local council member, a candidate (including a person intending to become a candidate) and his/her spouse shall not make contributions to a person in the constituency concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility, or a person, institution, organization, or facility having relations with the electorate even if there is anything outside the constituency concerned;
Nevertheless, the Defendant received the above-mentioned right to take a bath after having been given the right to take a bath before April 9, 2018.
