Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 05, 201, the Defendant: (a) on the application for registration and service of the disabled at the D community service center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-si; (b) on December 08, 201, the mother who died on or around December 10, 201, was the applicant; and (c) on his/her behalf, the Defendant entered the name as the Defendant’s agent.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant has prepared a service application for the registration and service of the disabled, who is a private document on rights and duties, using the qualification of the agent of E.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above 1. Paragraph 1., issued a service application for the registration and service of the disabled prepared as above to the public official in charge of the community service center who is aware of the fact as if it was duly formed.

3. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) entered the name of E in the applicant column of the written application for reduction or exemption service integration kept in the D community service center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) on December 08, 201, the mother died on or around December 08, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant prepared an integrated application for reduction of and exemption from private documents related to rights and duties for the purpose of uttering.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the above 3. Paragraph 3., issued an application for integration of reduction and exemption services to a public official in charge of the community service center who is aware of the fact.
