1. The Defendant’s KRW 121,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from October 25, 2016 to August 23, 2018.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff operates “C architect office”. Around 2015, the Plaintiff was delegated by the Defendant with the design, etc. for the new neighborhood living facilities of the size of the first floor and the tenth floor above the ground surface on the land D, E, and F (hereinafter “instant land”).

At the time of the instant contract, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to design the three-story size to change the building to the ten-story building after obtaining the building permit for the ease of building permit.
C. Accordingly, on December 2, 2015, the Plaintiff prepared a three-story design drawing, and applied for a building permit on the three-story building building on behalf of the Defendant on behalf of the Defendant, to the head of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, but on February 5, 2016, the head of Changwon-si, the head of Changwon-si, which was denied permission.

On June 13, 2016, the Plaintiff drafted a standard contract for the design of a building (a certificate No. 1; hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant with the following content.
1. Building name: G works; and
2. Location of housing site: The area of housing site F in the Jindo-gu, Changwon-si, and two parcels.
3. Design content: 1) Total floor area of a site: 12,509 square meters (3783.9 square meters): 12,509 square meters (378.9 square meters). The structure of neighborhood living facilities (4): The number of floors of reinforced concrete structure): The total floor area of 12,509 square meters (3783.9 square meters).
4. Contract area: 12,509 square meters (3783.99 square meters).
5. Contract amount: Terms and conditions of the contract to be attached to 200,000,000 won (including the G primary permitted design services) (including the case of A: the Defendant and B) (general provisions) Article 1 (General Provisions) of the Building Act (hereinafter referred to as “A”) shall be referred to as “B” for which the owner of the building (hereinafter referred to as “A”) has reported on his business pursuant to Article 23(1) of the Certified Architects Act;
