1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 50,352,620 on the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 15, 2019 to October 2, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is the party’s status, etc. 1) The 2nd underground and the 8th ground-based building located on the ground of Busan East-gu D (hereinafter “the main building”).

(2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) newly constructed the instant apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and 44 dong-dong (total 660 households) on the 75 lots adjacent to the south from each of the instant buildings (hereinafter “the instant apartment”). The instant apartment is the owner of the instant building. (2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) newly built the instant apartment (hereinafter “I”).

However, the project undertaker was changed to Defendant B on September 27, 2016, and Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is the construction work of the instant apartment.

3) The location of each of the instant buildings and the instant apartment buildings is as follows. B. Among each of the instant buildings, the main building of the instant building is the J Hospital operated by the Plaintiff in its entirety (hereinafter “instant hospital”).

In addition, the first-class officer is used as part of the above hospital, the rest of the hospital is used as a neighborhood living facility and a house, and the specific use status is as specified below.
