Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

1. On January 2015, Defendant A: (a) installed 90 games in the mutual game room, such as “salwing club”, “exponsor”, “exponsor”, and “high stones”, and (b) took charge of the employment of employees, settlement of profits, and overall management of the game room; and (c) the J shared the role of the Defendant in cash exchange with the cards with the points obtained by customers, while working on money exchange.

However, even though they know that they are engaged in money exchange business, they confirmed the settlement points of unspecified multiple customers in the game room, and made it easy for the said Defendants to commit the crime by cleaning the game room and the heart.

As a result, the Defendants aided and abetted the Defendants’ acts of violating the Game Industry Promotion Act as stated in the above 1.
