Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall complete a program to prevent the arrangement of commercial sex acts for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Some of the facts charged were revised to the extent that it does not impede the defendant's exercise of defense.

On July 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment and a fine of 15 million won in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 3, 2017. On July 20, 2018, the judgment above became final and conclusive on October 12, 2018, upon being sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a year and a fine of 3 million won in violation of the Immigration Control Act, etc.

The Defendant and B conspired with each other for a two-month period from the end of May 2017, with a view to raising entertainment expenses, the Defendant and B conspired with each other for money by mediating sexual traffic through hosting events against female juveniles who were known to the general public or other unaware female juveniles.

The Defendant explained the methods of installing crypting events to B, and explains the methods necessary for arranging commercial sex acts such as preparing and posting the propy of the women of commercial sex acts, or supervises the commercial sex acts such as managing and using the money which the juveniles have been punished through commercial sex acts. On June 30, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant and B conspired to prepare a lodging place in the nearby her motherel station in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, 2017, and conspired to recruit female youths C (14 years of age), D (15 years of age) and B, waiting in the above accommodation with B, using “E” and “F,” which are entitling with D and French male purchase in the vicinity of the lodging room, and have D and French male purchase in the vicinity of the lodging room, and have D and her sexual intercourse with D and French, etc.
