A fine of KRW 3,00,00 shall be imposed on the second crime as stated in the judgment of the defendant in three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not affect the defendant's defense right.

[Criminal Power] On June 26, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny and 2 years of suspended execution in Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 4, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 21, 2018, the Defendant and B, and C (referring to each Juvenile Department, Jan. 21, 2019) of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., brokerage business, etc.) intended to arrange sexual traffic by using children and juveniles known to a patrolman, and (ii) B and C intended to have sexual buyers seek sexual traffic through “D”, which is a smartphone hosting display case, and intended to have them engage in sexual traffic as above, and the Defendant recruited to have the children and juveniles who decided to engage in sexual traffic play a role in having them move into the atmosphere or move to the place of sexual traffic by burning in the rocketing or other car that they drive.

Accordingly, B and C solicited sexual traffic to the effect that “B and C will give back the price of sexual traffic if they meet the conditions” to E (n, 13 years old), F (n, 16 years old) who are children and juveniles known to B and C, and they accepted E and F respectively.

According to the above conspiracys, the Defendant, B, and C shall have from January 30, 2018 to the same year.

2. Until June 2, 200, the Defendant parked in the H located in Ansan-gu G, Ansan-si, and B, C, through the “D”, a smartphone-type display room, intended to advertise commercial sex acts and to engage in commercial sex acts with the above male in the vicinity of the promise place, promising the above male to enter H. The above male in the vicinity of the promise place: (a) by allowing the Defendant to leave E or F using the above rocketing car driven by the Defendant to leave E or F in the vicinity of the promise place one time; and (b) by allowing F to leave F in the vicinity of the promise place or at the vehicle, etc. on which the above male in the above name was on board. 150,000 won or more for commercial sex acts.
