A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for the crime of uttering of forged securities at the Busan District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time. On December 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of injury or death, and the said suspended sentence was revoked on December 5, 2014, and the parole period was expired on June 30, 2016 and the parole period was expired on September 10, 2016.

On October 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on the 15th of October 2016, 2016, the Simpo-gu Busan Simpo-gu Corporation, 22, performed drinking together with the victim C (the age of 37) and carried the victim at home with the victim C, and (b) took the victim at home, “I am at home” and made the victim speaks against “I am at home,” and tried to see the victim's face by drinking the victim several times; and (c) tried to see the victim's face by taking the part of the victim's face, which is a dangerous thing in the surrounding area, by taking the part of the victim's face, and making the victim take part in several times, and put the part of the victim's face, thereby making the victim satising an influe in

At around 12:50 on October 17, 2016, the Defendant performed drinking together with five persons, such as the victim D (year 48) in the Bolar Children Park Park, the Busan Singu Corporation, and around 12, the Defendant issued a warning that the victim would bullying the victim’s homeless who lives in the park on the ground that the victim took a bath for him/her. However, on the ground that the victim took a bath for him/her, the Defendant placed his/her head on the part of the victim’s head and the part of the victim’s hand, etc. who tried to prevent him/her from doing so by making one stop of 360 meters of the victim’s hair (capacity 360ml).
