Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least two years and four months in the Busan District Court due to intrusion on a structure at night, larceny, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 3, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. A thief: (a) the Defendant starts at the Gangnam bus terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 19, 2016 at around 14:20 on the same day, and is boarding the C Dongyang bus arriving in Seocho-gu B of Busan on around 19:20 on the same day; and (b) the Defendant was taking away a victim’s resident registration certificate, a new physical card, two copies of the No. 3 20-year-old card, and a student card on the market value, which contain the victim’s registration certificate, a new physical card, two copies of the No. 30-year-old card, etc. on the part of the victim D (V, 20-old) who was seated in his/her seat No. 45

In other words, theft was committed by means of theft.

2. On December 19, 2016, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit has acquired property benefits worth KRW 39,900,00 over two occasions, such as purchasing hambs on the 1st floor B B of the Busan Geum-gu, Busan, and settling the stolen bank hambs, such as the Defendant’s card, as described in paragraph (1), by illegally using and settling it as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.

3. Around 17:00 on February 13, 2017, the Defendant discovered and found a mobile phone of the amount of KRW 100,000,00,000 at the entrance of a male toilet in Busan, Busan, Busan, for the purpose of cleaning at the entrance of a male toilet in Busan, the victim G (the age of 72).

Defendant embezzled the property that left the possession of the victim without taking necessary procedures such as returning the property acquired as above to the victim.

4. On the following day, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 of the day following the day, the Victim J (Woo, 19 years old) game was set up in the instant game machine with a 1,000,000 Lives cell phone livers, which was set up on the instant game machine; and (b) was stolen by means of inserting the toilets into one part of his own lives by making use of the lives.
