A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on December 18, 2012.

1. On January 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went under the influence of alcohol at the “Yon Line 119 Safety Center,” which is in the Busan Young-gu, Busan Young-gu, and (b) tried to remove fire fighter C from the floor of the computer monitors and keyboards on his/her book, on the ground that he/she puts his/her hand on his/her son and her son is bad.

The Defendant: (a) committed assault to the fire fighter D, such as taking the entrance of the fire fighter D as his head; and (b) taking a path to the said C.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning fire and disaster prevention of fire fighters.

2. After being examined by the Yeongdeungpo-do Police Station as the case described in Paragraph 1., the injured Defendant found the package 1 operated by the victim E (n, 62 years of age) located adjacent to the KT Agency on the same day at around 06:17 on the same day, and requested the victim to provide alcohol. However, the victim requested the victim to provide alcohol, but the victim did not pay alcohol at the end of the business, "I am I am at once of this weather year, I am at once, I am, I am me to take a bath and drink the victim's face."
