Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From March 30, 2015 to March 30, the "Council for Countermeasures against the People's Countermeasures against the Sewol Ferry 1667" and the "Council for Countermeasures against the Family of the Staff of the April 16", which are the bereaved family members of the Sewol ferry, have continuously held illegal assemblies or demonstrations, such as the destruction of the Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Protection of the Aged of the Sewol Ferry and the Fishery Department in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.

The Defendant, on April 18, 2015, took part in an assembly of the “National Assembly for the Finding the Truth of the Sewol Ferry,” in which more than 10,000 people participate as the event of the April 18, 201 at the Seoul plaza located in the 15:50-16:30 of the Seoul Central District, Seoul Central District, as of April 18, 2015, at around 16:30, the Defendant moved along with the participants in the assembly to the direction of the luminous square. Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 2811" is the head of the Democratic Labor Headquarters.

On September 21, 2015, the Defendant took disciplinary action against the victim’s educational foundation, a character education institute, a university G hospital at the university (hereinafter “G hospital”) due to absence from work without permission, etc. from the head of the Democratic Nowon general health care union G hospital at the time of the victim’s educational foundation, and then unfair dismissal and unfair labor practices to the Incheon Regional Labor Relations Commission at present.
