Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the construction and labor union E of the National Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Private Labor Union”).

1. Regarding the Assembly of the People's Mono Action on April 16, 2015;
