Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2015, the Defendant involved in the Act on Finding the Truth of the Sewol Ferry on April 18, 2015, participated in the “National Assembly for Finding the Truth of the Sewol Ferry,” in which 10,000 members, including the members of 4/16 joint and several in Seoul Squares located in Seoul Jung-gu, and the members of the Korean Democratic Trade Union General Union (hereinafter “Korean People’s Federation”), are gathered from around 14:15 to 16:30 on April 18, 2015.

A.
