Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at Jeju District Court, and on September 12, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at Jeju Prison on September 12, 2017.

1. On November 22, 2012, where personal information, such as a person who is subject to registration of personal information, his/her name, resident registration number, address and real place of business, workplace, location of workplace, body information, photograph, etc., is changed after having been sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection, etc. of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, etc. at the Jeju District Court on June 28, 2013, the defendant shall submit a modified information to the competent police station within 20 days from the date on which the reason for change and contents of change occur.

Although the address of the Defendant was changed from Seopo-si C to Seopo-si D on October 31, 2017, the Defendant failed to submit the changed personal information to the competent police station without justifiable grounds within 20 days from the date on which the reason for change occurred.

2. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 19:00 on October 21, 2017 to around 07:00 on the following day, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property, with a water-related liquid card in Jeju City F, which had resided with the victim E, from around 07:00 on October 21, 201; (b) a water-related liquid card in his/her custody; and (c) a NAC card in his/her custody; and (d) one head of the agricultural bank.

On October 17, 2017, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s “J car page” operated by the victim I in Seogpo City H around 19:10 on October 17, 2017, which used the victim’s string flus in a string flus by using the victim’s string flus in which the strings were placed on the strings, and then stolen the Defendant’s smartphone-one market value equivalent to 600,000 won at the glusing galthm.
