Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for quasi-indecent act by compulsion by compulsion by force by the Incheon District Court, and was released from the Gesung Vocational Training Correctional Institution as the revocation of detention on July 24, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence after the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2016.

The defendant is a person who is obligated to register personal information by the above judgment.

Where a person liable to register personal information has changed his/her personal information, he/she shall submit the reason and details of the change to the competent police station within 20 days from the date the grounds for such change occurred.

On May 13, 2018, the Defendant failed to change his/her actual place of residence on or around May 13, 2018, and the Defendant changed his/her actual place of residence to D No. 3, 2018, from the time of the change of the real place of residence to the Silung-gu D No. 3, 201, but did not submit the reason for the change of the actual place of residence to
