Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant may not receive a subsidy by fraud or other improper means as the president of the “D Child Care Center” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, B or 19 Dong 102 (C apartment).

Nevertheless, on February 25, 2013, the Defendant received subsidies of KRW 1,360,000 on a total of 24 occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes, including that: (a) the Defendant received subsidies of KRW 2,650,000 on a total of 24 occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes, by reporting the appointment and dismissal of E, a part-time teacher, to the small general teacher, to the small general teacher, to the small general teacher; and (b) received KRW 50,000 on June 25, 2013; and (c) received subsidies of KRW 1,360,000 on a total of 11 occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes.

In addition, on April 1, 2013, the Defendant received 394,000 won for childcare fees of KRW 4,924,000 on 13 occasions, such as the list in the attached crime list, by falsely registering as if he/she was a child who was a child in the above D childcare center at the above D childcare center on at least 11 days in the month G, and received 394,000 won for childcare fees for H on 13 occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes. In the same way, the Defendant received 394,000 won for childcare fees for H on 23, 2013 and received 1,904,000 won on 5 occasions in total as shown in the attached list of crimes.

As a result, the Defendant received a total of KRW 10,838,000 from childcare centers, childcare teachers, and childcare children by illegal means.
