A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had the name of the infant care teacher who does not work in the C Child Care Center operated by the defendant in Jinju-si, and had the name of the infant care teacher who does not work in the C Child Care Center registered falsely in C Child Care Center, and acquired the subsidies such as infant care

On April 12, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 1,012,00 from the Jinju-si City of the victim misunderstanding that D applied for childcare fees, etc. as if D had worked as a childcare teacher by accessing the Internet Government Child Care Integration System, even though D voluntarily retired from the Child Care Center, and received KRW 28,072,90,00 in total from February 22, 2013, as shown in attached Table I, from that time, until February 22, 2013, as shown in attached Table I.

The Defendant, as described in attached Table II from February 2010 to September 10, 2010, received, respectively, KRW 36,252,00,00 in total of subsidies, such as childcare fees, for infant care teachers E, from October 12, 2010 to September 2013, including infant care fees, as described in attached Table III, and KRW 30,156,670 in total of subsidies, such as infant care fees, for infant care teachers, from May 12, 2010 to June 12, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant registered four infant care teachers in a false manner, received subsidies, such as infant care fees of 102,190,660 won in total from the victim, and received subsidies by fraudulent means at the same time.
