Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A. At around 06:21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:21, around 06:0, the Defendant: (b) took off one Samsung Card in the victim’s name, which was entered in a toilet, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim D (the age of 24) was placed on his/her gate in the Cpic bank located in Daegu-si, Daegu-si; (c) around 06:26 on the same day, the Defendant stolen Samsung Credit Card in the victim’s name; (d) used the stolen credit card in the BGFCAHNNT Cash Payment Period, which was installed within E, with the victim’s prior identification prior to withdrawal of cash; and (e) obtained cash service 400,000 won by taking advantage of the password, which was put in the victim’s identification number at the time of withdrawal of cash by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen another’s property.

B. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, as seen earlier at the same time and at the same time, received cash services from the Samsung Card and withdrawn, and used the stolen credit card.
