A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had been employed as an employee at the “D” entertainment center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as an employee; (b) had been aware of a password in the process of doing harm to cash withdrawal by being provided with a credit card from the customers; and (c) had been able to bring a credit card to the customers under the influence of alcohol if they were under the influence of alcohol.

1. Crimes on February 23, 2016;

A. From February 23, 2016 to February 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the password of a credit card used by the victim in the course of withdrawing cash with the said card at the victim E’s entertainment shop; (b) discovered the password of the credit card used by the victim from around 05:30 to 06:00 on the same day; and (c) took part of the national card owned by the victim from the wall that was kept in the family money in the victim’s family money by using the crebs that the victim locked between 05:30 and 06:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. When the Defendant, at the same date and at the same place as the above paragraph (a), steals the national card owned by E at the time and at the same time and place, 1,100,000 won was released as a total of 4 times of cash services, from the same day until 06:37 of the same day, by inserting the said card into the cash withdrawal machine established at 23-7-ro 6-gil, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and then withdrawing 30,000 won as a cash service.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the money of the victim electronic financial company from the management of the said cash withdrawal period, and used stolen credit cards.

The Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in thief and credit extension against the victim Cheongho Lake Co., Ltd. is Seoul around February 23, 2016.
