Punishment of the crime

1. No motor vehicle registration number plate and seal violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, at around 07:30 on September 25, 2019, the Defendant returned the previous registration number plate and the seal of the victim's previous registration number plate in front of the amount of DNA-learning passenger car parked at the parking lot of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

2. The Defendant: (a) removed the registration number plate of the passenger car which was gathered as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) concealed it from the Defendant’s house.
