A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. The Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired a motor vehicle under B’s name C in January 2010.

(b) An automobile registration number plate and its seal shall not be detached in mind except in the case of obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, around March 2013, the Defendant was unable to operate the vehicle before the automobile registration number of the above Ecoos car because it was attached for the payment of automobile tax, etc., and the Defendant was trying to remove the front registration number of the Estuning vehicle operated by the Defendant and attach it to the above Ecoos car.

At around 10:00 on July 11, 2013, the Defendant removed the front registration number plate and seal of the Eunststun Motor Vehicle owned by the Defendant at the 101-dong underground parking lot of the F building in Gwangju-si.

C. The Defendant unlawfully used the registration number plate by attaching the above E-registration number plate and seal removed as above at the same time and at the same place and attaching it in front of the above E-cub car.

2. The Defendant used air tamping vehicles in the manner of attaching the registration number plate of the rocketing vehicle E in front of the Ecubing vehicle at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(b), and exercised the Ecubing vehicle by driving the vehicle on which the said registration number plate is attached at approximately 30 km section to the front road in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, 14-12 on the same day.
