Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No motor vehicle registration number plate and seal violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

On June 2012, the Defendant, at a farm operated by the Defendant Kim Jong-si, kept in custody the front registration number of the Defendant’s automobile of the CFS car in arrears without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor, and kept the front registration number of the CF car in custody as a fine for negligence, the Defendant removed the front registration number of the DF car owned by the Defendant, which was parked at the same time, through punch et al., to attach it to the CF car.

2. On July 29, 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached the front registration number of the Drocketing passenger vehicle owned by the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), at the time and at the place specified in paragraph (1); (b) attached it to C Eub passenger vehicle owned by the Defendant; (c) from that time, until July 29, 2012, the Defendant driven C EF passenger vehicle with the said D registration number plate attached to the said rocketing passenger vehicle by driving it from July 29, 2012 to July 20:36, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully.
