1. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 19, 2009 and January 20, 2011, the Defendant concluded each of the instant insurance contracts with the Plaintiff, respectively, with the content that the Plaintiff is receiving hospitalization allowances from the Plaintiff in cases of receiving treatment for injury or disease by making himself/herself as the insured and the beneficiary of the insurance.

B. From May 5, 2011 to May 13, 2011, the Defendant was hospitalized in B Hospital for nine days on the ground of acute organ infection in detail, as indicated in Table 1, and received treatment by 39 days in total until December 15, 2014, and received insurance money from the Plaintiff in total in KRW 26,04,678 according to each insurance contract of this case.
