A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the ID and password (C) of the above site from the operator of the Internet web site (B) and the receipt of deposit accounts; (b) received the purchase price of the horse tickets from those who want to run the horse racing from those who want to participate in the horse racing; and (c) had them receive dividends from the results of the racing and deliver them to the purchaser of the horse ticket; and (c) had them receive dividends from the racing and then, he had the purchaser of the horse ticket with intent to engage in a similar horse racing in a manner of delivering them to the purchaser of the horse ticket; and (d) around that time, the Defendant created a private horse office, such as installing eight computers and water purifiers, at one place.

At the above office around October 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) displayed the horse racing in which he had found it; (b) received KRW 1 million from F as the purchase price for the horse tickets; and (c) provided the said ID and password to F to F by accessing the above private horse site in order to provide money; (d) received dividends from F from F to F by receiving dividends from F from the above site operator; and (e) paid dividends from the result of the racing from Oct. 10, 2013 to Jan. 4, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 5250,000 from F in total five times, as indicated in the list of crimes, and paid dividends in accordance with the result.

As a result, the defendant had the above F F engage in a conduct similar to the horse riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by the marina society, and paid property or financial benefits to the winners.
