A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 1 to 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed the ID and password (D); (b) received deposit accounts from the operator of the Internet private horse racing site (C) whose name is unknown; (c) received the purchase price of the private horse tickets from those who want to engage in similar horse racing; and (d) displayed the racing conducted by the Marin society through the above private auction site; and (c) received the dividends based on the results of the racing as the Defendant’s account and delivered them to the purchaser of the private horse tickets.

On April 5, 2013, the Defendant, at the F Office on the fourth and fourth floor, installed a computer at the center, connected the Internet, received KRW 1,00,00,00 from G intending to cast horse riding voting through the said horse-based site as the purchase price for the horse-riding tickets, followed by the Defendant’s access to the said site with the above ID and password, carried out hosting on the horse-riding for the horse-riding for the MU, and paid dividends on the results of the racing to G from that site operator until April 26, 2013, in the same manner as the attached crime list (1)-5, from that time until April 26, 2013.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the operator of the above site where his name is unknown, had the above G et al. commit an act similar to the horse riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by the society, and paid property or property benefits to the enemy.

2. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant purchased a private horse ticket equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 from the operator of the said horse site, from that time until April 26, 2013, while viewing the horse racing conducted in the above horse site in real time in a marina society, at the above horse site.
