Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2015, around 01:20, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 4km from the front of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Emt to the front road of Geumcheon-gu 292-8, Jinsan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.179%.
