Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2013, at around 09:54, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol at approximately 9km section from the front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-dong market to the front road of Guro-dong 45-32, Guro-gu, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.164% (Hmark formula).
