Punishment of the crime
On October 8, 2013, at around 00:12, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 300 meters of franchisium from the Do near the Guro-gu Digital Group to the road 150-13, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
