Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Liju and Unlicensed Driving) Defendant did not obtain a driving license around 01:45 on March 15, 2013, and under the influence of alcohol 0.070% under the influence of alcohol from blood, the Defendant driven the said car at a 100-meter section from the front of the business office of the department of Hyundai Motor Vehicle, which is located in the Yangyangdong, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front of the 282nd road.

3. At the above time and place of the event of the above investigation document, the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station Assistant C, who is aware of the forgery, delivered the forged demonstration report as if it was a document formed by the genuine driver confirmation column.

4. For the purpose of continuing to perform the affairs of the above police station slope C, the Defendant entered another person’s signature in relation to the above police station’s obligation or certification of fact as if he were his own personal information, and entered the name of the same person D in the column of PDA driver in the notice of the influence of drinking driving as a result of the influence of alcohol, etc., and entered the name of the same person D in the column of the driver
