A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on May 29, 2008, was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 700,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Daegu District Court and racing support on May 29, 2008; a summary order of KRW 5 million to a fine for the same crime in the same court on May 6, 2013; and a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million in the same court on January 6, 2015 to a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime.

1. On May 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a car at Criju while under the influence of alcohol, without a driver’s license, from around 08:35 to 1,000, from around 108:35, to 40km Doldong, Daegu Northern-gu, Seocheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si; and (b) while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven a car at Criju while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On May 10, 2015, at the 09:34, May 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) performed a drinking test at the Yacheon-si Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-si Yacheon-si, and (b) thought that the blood alcohol level was measured, and (c) said D’s name, resident registration number, etc., of E who is the Defendant’s living together, would be deemed to be his personal information; (d) said D made the Defendant enter “E”, “E”, “G”, “E”, and “I” in the vehicle number column, and issued the driver’s name “E” to the driver’s name column, and then, issued the driver’s report to the Yacheon-gu Y-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yacheon-gu Yaun-gu.

B. The Defendant in relation to the report on the statement of the situation of the driver is described in the above paragraph (a).
