Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2017, at around 04:20, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.073% from the 2km section of the blood alcohol level to the 7.13m in the position of the Sinung-gu Office in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the Gundong at the Cheongju-si, the petition, and the front of the High Printing Museum.
