A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2011, in Incheon District Court Branch, the Defendant appealed six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., but was sentenced to dismissal on February 2, 2012 at the Incheon District Court. 1. 4. On April 15, 2012, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones to O free of charge at the motherel near N department stores located in YY-gu, Busan, Seocheon-si, N department stores.

5. On April 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.35 grams from I in the guest rooms located in the Hacheon-si G Hacheon-si G from Hacheon-si G with no charge, and receives it, among them, 0.1g of philophones by dilution it with the number of births, on the left part of the back part of the bar.
