A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,845,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) at the Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on June 3, 2009 and completed the execution thereof on January 30, 201, and is not a narcotics handler.

"2012 Highest 5129"

1. On December 2, 201, the Defendant: (a) 01:00, around the first half of 01, 201, laid down approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from Mespacters C, a psychotropic drug, from the amsponis (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) dilution them into the left bloodline, and administered them by means of injection into the left arms bloodline.

2. On February 2, 2012, at around 02:30, the Defendant, at the guest rooms located in the Ecomel Mavis-gu, Bupyeong-si, Macheon-si, the Defendant: (a) took a 0.35g gramopon, which was contained in the plastic finite container, from F, for free; (b) taken a medication of approximately 0.1g of the phiopon in a single-use injection device using a single-use injection device; and (c) administered the remaining phiopon in the same manner at around 07:0 on the same day, respectively, at the same place.

3. On April 14, 2012, at around 00:05, the Defendant administered each of the medicines in the same manner as at around 01:10 and around 04:00 each on the same day at the same place as at around 01:10 and around 04:00 on a day, after dilutioning 0.2g of philoon 1.4gs purchased from I around that time, from a bar located in Hacheon-gu G, Macheon-gu G, by using a single-use injection device.

On April 2012, the Defendant: (a) received 0.7 grams from J on a philolopon, which was contained in a vinyl paper, from the EM, in the middle of the 2012 mobile phone (hereinafter “EM”); (b) around that time, the Defendant sent 0.35g of the above philopon from the guest room on the EM number, to F without compensation; and (c) 0.1g of the philopon among the philopon in his possession at around 03:30 on the same day, mix the remaining philopon with the copon on the same day.
