Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From September 2012 to November 13, 2014, the Defendant is a person who works as an internal director in Busan-gun B and C, a painting construction business company with the third floor, and has been in charge of the acquisition, management, etc. of construction materials.

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant, at the above victim company office, embezzled approximately KRW 7 million by arbitrarily using the page amounting to approximately KRW 20 million for the purpose of construction work on the floor of separate construction site.
