1. The Defendant sold SamsungTV monitors 27 units on August 29, 2016 at a place where it is not possible to identify a place around 07:18 on the Internet website.
The phrase “to sell the above monitors to KRW 150,000” was written to the victim P who reported and contacted the above writing.
However, the defendant did not have the above monitor, and there was no intention or ability to send the monitor even if he received the amount from the victim to use it for the cost of living, and therefore, he did not have any intention or ability to send the monitor even if he received the amount from the victim.
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 150,00 from the victim to the account ( Q) in the name of the Defendant; (c) obtained money from the victim; and (d) acquired it by deceiving 32 victims in total from December 14, 2016 to December 14, 2016 in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Table 1; and (c) obtained money from the victim to receive KRW 8,025,00 in total.

2. On September 5, 2016, the Defendant posted a sales letter to the effect that “flass 4 and game typhers are sold” online “flass flass 4 and game typhers” on the Internet website bulletin board at the Masan-dong in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “256,000 won is remitted to the victim who contacted the Defendant.”
However, the defendant did not have the above objects, and the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the above objects even if he received the money from the victim and thought to use it for the cost of living.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and 256,00 won as the price for the goods to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: Q) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.
