Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2017, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 22,” posted a letter “to purchase monitors” by accessing Internet NAVV and foreign car page at a closed place. Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, obtained money from them and acquired it by fraud.

"2018 Highest 56" Defendant did not have any traffic accident at a non-place of Gwangju (hereinafter referred to as "Seoul") on October 12, 2017, and even if he/she borrowed money from another person, he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the money, the Defendant called the victim E and called the victim for "the need to pay the money rapidly."

It shall be repaid with monthly payment ( October 13, 2017) from the date of lending 200,000 won.

“A false statement” was made, and it was obtained by deceiving 200,000 won from the injured party immediately through the national bank account (Account Number: D) in the name of the accused.
